PATH exam registration fees are refundable under the following conditions:
- Before Exam Date: 100% refund if cancellation is made 7 days before the exam date
- 3-7 Days Before: 50% refund if cancellation is made 3-7 days before the exam date
- Less than 3 Days: No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before the exam
- Medical Emergency: Full refund with valid medical certificate

3.1 Foundation Courses

- Before Course Start: 100% refund if cancellation is made before the course begins
- First Week: 75% refund if cancellation is made within the first week
- Second Week: 50% refund if cancellation is made within the second week
- After Second Week: No refund for cancellations made after the second week
3.2 Online Programs
For online coaching programs and test series:
- Before Access: 100% refund if no content has been accessed
- Within 24 Hours: 50% refund if cancellation is made within 24 hours of purchase
- After 24 Hours: No refund once content has been accessed
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Completed individual tutoring sessions
- Downloaded study materials and resources
- Completed mock tests and assessments
- Consultation fees for completed sessions
- Administrative fees and processing charges
5. Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
5.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction:
- Credit/Debit cards: Refunded to the original card
- UPI payments: Refunded to the same UPI ID
- Net banking: Refunded to the same bank account
- Digital wallets: Refunded to the same wallet

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing our services, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours, a full refund may be provided.
